Depending on the package you choose, we provide Email, Live Chat, Slack, and Phone Support. You can open a support ticket also through the billing portal. We are also populating our knowledgebase with articles relevant to the services we provide.
We’ll gladly run an SEO audit on your website, give you some pinters, and make recommendations. We also offer training and regular updates depensing on the plan you’re on.

We do not offer credits or refunds for service time already expended or on any plan or promotions, such as a free month of service or any discounted offer. We do give refunds on full months unused, not partial months.
A support task is a task assigned top us that takes less than 30 minutes to complete. These are generally content updates, image uploads, blog post uploads, etc. Anything beyond a small task will be quoted before it begins.
